Kilkenny Education Centre has a long pre-history as a voluntary body under the name of Kilkenny Teachers' Centre. In September 1997, we were transformed into a full-time Education Centre by the Department of Education and Science and our name changed.
The Centre is a member of the Education Support Centres Ireland (ESCI).
