This innovative summer course, designed for primary teachers, integrates Artificial Intelligence into educational strategies. Held at St Mary’s National School in Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny, it combines technology and pedagogy through ethically applying AI in classrooms.
Covering AI fundamentals, ethical issues, personalised learning, and support for diverse learners, the course includes practical AI tool use, interactive activities, and group discussions. It emphasises collaborative learning, critical thinking, and digital literacy, aligning with current educational standards.
Participants will gain skills to responsibly use AI, fostering innovation and lifelong learning in their teaching practices
