This workshop will explore vicarious trauma as an occupational reality of those working in roles that support those who are impacted by trauma. Vicarious trauma can occur over time when people hear the traumatic stories of others. This webinar/workshop will explore the effects of secondary trauma and how to navigate compassionate fatigue.
