Helping Autistic and other Neurodivergent young people navigate self-worth and emotional safety in a demanding world.
Many Neurodivergent kids grow up feeling “too much” or “not enough.” This webinar dives into the roots of burnout, masking, and people-pleasing—and shows how we can nurture a sense of self that is rooted in self-acceptance, not performance.
This session is part of a series. Participants can join sessions on 25th, 30th September 2025; 14th, 21st October 2025, 3rd December 2025 and 20th January 2026.
Evaleen Whelton is the founder of AUsome Training, an Autistic-led organisation redefining how we support and include Autistic people. She develops courses, resources, and events grounded in lived experience and professional expertise. With over a decade of work in education, therapy, and advocacy, Evaleen challenges neuro-confirmative models and champions truly respectful, neuro-affirming practice. She believes we need to expand our idea of “normal” to truly include Autistic people. Through her writing, speaking, and training, she works to make the world a safer, more inclusive place for Autistic people of all ages.
