Enhance Your Productivity with Office 365 (MS 365): A Comprehensive CPD Workshop Day for School Secretaries

Building on the Professional Development Sessions for Primary and Post Primary School Secretaries in February and on 30th September, we are pleased to offer an in-depth follow-up workshop on Office 365. This comprehensive CPD workshop aims to boost your productivity by providing a deeper understanding of the tools and features of Office 365. Previous attendance at our workshops is not required to participate in this one.

Overview of Microsoft Office 365
Outlook - How to manage e-communication through using email and contacts tools efficiently.
Excel – Gain confidence in working with Spreadsheets to get the most out of common usability features and functions.
Cloud Storage - Securely Accessing, Sharing and Managing your Files Anytime, Anywhere.
GDPR – Re-visit best practice record keeping, GDPR requirements and implementing structured and standardised records management systems.

This workshop is limited to 25 participants and is only relevant for those who use or are considering using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel and Outlook)
The Facilitator:
Helena McKenna has extensive experience of working in private industry as well as in and with primary and post primary schools. Helena has worked as executive administrator in a busy school environment and with the Patron Body, CEIST.
She has delivered in-service training to school secretaries and clerical officers on VSWare, timetabling, minute-taking, communications and office procedures. She currently teaches Office Administration in the Further Education Sector and possesses a BA in Human Resource Management and a Masters Degree in Business Management.
