Managing Self-Care Webinar

Stress is a part of life. But stress is not inherently negative. It often only becomes negative and unmanageable because of how we respond to it and indeed to change in general. Stress has the potential to be bad but only under certain circumstances.
This seminar will explore small practical strategies that we can utilise during periods of stress such as breathing exercises, stress reframing, emotional regulation and strategic use of language. Self-Care is not a goal to be achieved but an ongoing practice.
