NEPS Maths Support: A Good Practice Guide for Teachers Webinar

The NEPS Maths Support Guide (2020) contains advice and guidance for all teachers who are supporting students with maths challenges. Concerns have risen about improving numeracy standards and there have been changes to how we view quality maths teaching and learning. This webinar was developed to help users of the NEPS Maths Support Guide familiarise themselves with the contents and to help them understand some of today’s maths challenges for children and young people. 

The NEPS Maths Support Guide is a starting point, as there are numerous links embedded within to various supporting information and websites. NEPS would recommend that the NEPS Maths Support Guide is browsed electronically to access these links; the NEPS Maths Support Guide can be found here. N.B. We ask that participants have the NEPS Maths Support Guide to hand, or open on a device, for the webinar.
