Start Strong: A Wellbeing Blueprint to Start as You Mean to Go On

This session supports teachers and school leaders to set a strong tone for the year ahead—anchored in wellbeing, balance and purpose. Using the 12 pillars of Wellbeing framework and energy management tools, participants will create a personal blueprint to start the academic year with clarity intention.


This session will cover:

· The role of purpose and energy in sustainable teaching

· The 12 Pillars of Wellbeing as a foundation for the school year

· Resetting habits and boundaries for work–life balance


Learning Outcomes:
The programme will help participants:

· Define and design a personalised wellbeing plan grounded in the 12 Pillars framework

· Recognise how their personal energy and mindset directly impact student engagement

· Apply daily strategies to build motivation, confidence and classroom calm
