SNA Wellbeing and Resilience - Approaches from Positive Psychology Webinar
The COVID-19 crisis has brought so much unexpected change and uncertainty to education, and to the role of SNAs in particular. It is now more important than ever to focus on wellbeing and resilience. The field of Positive Psychology (the science of wellbeing) can provide SNAs with many skills and strategies to help to develop the resilience needed at this time, to feel strong and equipped to face the current challenges.
