A Professional Reflection Webinar for SNAs
As the school year winds down, it’s the perfect time for Special Needs Assistants to pause, reflect, and recognise the growth and learning that has taken place – both in students and within ourselves. This webinar is designed to empower SNAs to engage in meaningful self-reflection, celebrate their achievements, and identify areas for continued professional development.
“The Reflective SNA” encourages a growth mindset approach to evaluating the year gone by, helping SNAs to understand the value of reflection as a tool for improving practice, boosting confidence, and setting clear, intentional goals for the new school year. You’ll also be introduced to practical reflection tools and templates that can be adapted for use in any educational setting.
This supportive and inspiring session will give you the space to ask:
What went well? What challenged me? What do I want to bring forward into the next school year?
Learning Objectives

All webinars draw on guidance from the NCSE Relate Programme and the Department of Education’s 'Understanding Behaviours of Concern' document to support SNAs and educators in fostering connection, emotional regulation, and positive transitions for all students.
