Session 2: Communicating Effectively,

Communicating effectively - portraying a positive organisational image and assessing skill required to deliver excellent service. This session will revisit the importance of person-to-person contact - with staff, students, parents and community and will also explore written communication including designing a professional, eye-catching and easy to read, quality newsletter with Canva.
